Terms and Conditions of Entry

Entry in to this promotion deems acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. Competition opens 25/09/2022 9am wst and closes 2/10/22 12.00pm wst.

2. Enter by tagging a friend KTJ Photography Facebook page Christmas Mini post.

3. Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.

4. The person first to be drawn out is the winner.

5. 1 weekly draw will take place:

   12:15pm 2/10/22 WST

6. The winner will be announced on Facebook

7. The winner will receive an Outdoor or Indoor Children’s Christmas Portrait Mini Session, which includes session fee, 20 minute studio session at KTJ Photography Carramar, 5 hand edited digital images.

8. The prize is for one session for an immediate family.

9. Prize is valued at $200 each and are not redeemable for cash, other services or products

10. Prize is to be taken at one of the advertised session dates.

11. The winner will be notified by Facebook and will have their name published on the KTJ Photography Facebook page.

12. Prize is not redeemable for cash or any other session time.

By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
