My family photo sessions
are taken at various locations around the Joondalup area, including a few favourites of mine which includes, a bush setting, a beach and a pines setting. I am very open to locations that would make a unique setting to your families images, this could include a family’s property, a vineyard or somewhere that is cool and chic that we could locate.
My location sessions are held generally an hour before sunset to get that beautiful golden glow. My sessions generally include some posing to give beautiful timeless images, but I encourage playfulness and being relaxed, as stiffness and stress can show in the photographs. So please don’t worry if your child is not grinning from ear to ear, It is not always the big cheesy smiley image that makes it to the wall, but images that show your families true personalities.
What to wear?
Wardrobe can play a big role in the final look of your photos, and I suggest to minimise patterns, big word/branding and logos on your clothing. The key to family photos is to coordinate clothing in complimentary colours, although complimentary does not mean everyone has to be uniform.
